What is MUATIM?
MUATIM is ISP billing and MikroTik management software for Kenyan internet providers. It covers Hotspot, PPPoE and Static customers, M-Pesa payments, packages, expiry and router operations in one portal.
How much does MUATIM cost?
Published rates for new signups: Hotspot is 5% of hotspot collections. PPPoE is KSh 20 per active user per month. Static IP is KSh 20 per active user per month. Existing agreements remain unchanged.
Does MUATIM support M-Pesa?
Yes. MUATIM supports M-Pesa STK push, paybill and bank STK flows so customers can pay and get activated without manual reconnects when payments reconcile correctly.
Do I need MikroTik details to sign up?
No. Start with your business details and portal name. You can connect MikroTik routers and payment credentials after your account is verified.
Can I run Hotspot and PPPoE together?
Yes. Select Hotspot, PPPoE, Static IP, or any combination. Your MUATIM portal can support mixed services across your network.
